= It is not possible to change the name for a registered reservation, and the room will only be delivered to the person whose name the reservation is under. During reservation, all guest details must be accurately provided.
= The minimum age for individual room occupancy is 18 years old.
= All adult individuals in a room must be related. Acceptance of Iranian and foreign nationalities in a room/suite/cabin/apartment/villa is contingent upon verification of relation.
= The hotel does not accommodate pets.
=According to hotel regulations, failure to provide proper identification or failure to comply with any of the mentioned rules will result in the inability to accommodate, and the paid amount will not be refunded. The hotel or its management holds no responsibility in this matter.

=Single Female Guest Acceptance:
In this hotel, acceptance of single females over 18 years old and non-native requires presenting valid identification documents including a photo ID birth certificate and national ID card. The hotel does not accommodate single native females.

Accommodation for children under 5 years old is free if additional services are not used. The accommodation cost for children over 5 years old will be fully calculated.
