• Required documents for accepting foreign guests include the original passport along with the visa and entry stamp to Iran with valid expiration dates.
• Name changes for registered reservations are not possible, and the room will only be delivered to the person whose reservation it is under. During reservation, all guest details must be accurately provided.
• The minimum age to book a room individually is 18 years old.
• All adults must be accompanied in one room. Acceptance of Iranian and foreign nationalities in a room, suite, cabin, apartment, or villa is possible with proof of companionship.
• Pets are not allowed.
• According to hotel rules, in case of incomplete identification documents or failure to comply with other rules, acceptance is not possible, and payments made will not be refunded.
