• Required documents for the acceptance of foreign guests include the original passport along with a visa and entry stamp to Iran with valid expiration dates.
• Name changes for registered reservations are not possible, and the room will only be delivered to the person whose reservation it is. All guest details must be correctly entered at the time of reservation.
• The minimum age to obtain a room individually is 18 years.
• All adults must be accompanied by a guardian in one room. Acceptance of Iranian and foreign nationality in one room/suite/cabin/apartment/villa is subject to verification of guardianship.
• The hotel does not accommodate pets.
• According to the hotel's regulations, in case of incomplete identification documents, failure to verify identity, or non-compliance with any of the mentioned rules, acceptance is not possible, and the paid amount will not be refunded.

Special Instructions:

• Extra bedding is provided in the form of a foldable bed. The cost of using the hotel's sports facilities and pool is according to a specific tariff.

Single Female Acceptance:

• In this hotel, single female guests over 18 years of age and non-native are accepted with the provision of valid identification documents including a photo ID and a national smart card. The hotel does not accept single female natives.

Children and Infant Regulations:

• The accommodation fee for children under 2 years of age is free if no extra bedding is used. The accommodation fee for children aged 2 to 7 years is equivalent to 50% of the extra bedding. A child over 8 years old is considered an adult, and their accommodation fee is calculated in full. It should be noted that all individuals, including children and adults, are subject to paying the full amount for extra bedding without a discount if requested.
