Accepting a valid temporary marriage certificate for non-local Iranian couples with an embossed seal and presenting the birth certificate and national ID card of both spouses (man and woman) is possible.

Required documents include the original passport along with a visa and an entry stamp to Iran with validity and expiration dates.
Changing the name for an existing reservation is not possible, and the room will only be given to the person whose name the reservation is under. During the reservation process, all guest details must be accurately entered.
The minimum age to book a room individually is 18 years.
Proof of Relationship:** All adults in one room must be related. Accepting Iranian and foreign nationals in one room/suite/cabin/apartment/villa, etc., is subject to proof of relationship.
The hotel does not accept pets.
According to hotel policies, if identification documents are incomplete, identity verification is not possible, or any of the mentioned rules are not followed, admission will not be granted, and the paid amount will not be refunded. The hotel or this company holds no responsibility in this regard.
Extra bed service is provided as a floor mattress (khoshkhab).
The hotel’s water and sports facilities have separate charges as per the tariff.The hotel accepts single non-local women over 18 years old with valid identification documents, including a photo ID and a smart national ID card. The hotel does not accept local single women.
Accommodation for children under 4 years old is free if no extra service is used. The accommodation cost for children over 4 years old is calculated in full. It is noteworthy that free accommodation is considered only for one child.
