Types of visas for Australia:
- Work Visa:
The Australian work visa, also known as the Skilled Worker visa, assesses skills, expertise, experience, and other factors through a points-based system. Depending on the points you score, you can apply for your visa. This visa essentially represents Australia’s federal government visa. With this visa, you can have permanent residency in Australia and work and live in any city or part of Australia without restrictions. - Student Visa:
After the work and business visas, the Australian student visa is one of the most important and sought-after visas. The Australian student visa allows you to live, work (as a student), and study in this country for up to five years. Under this visa, you are usually allowed to work a maximum of 40 hours every two weeks during term and unlimited hours during school breaks. - Tourist Visa:
The most requested visa for Australia is the tourist visa, issued for short-term tourism and visiting relatives. The Australian tourist visa is issued in two forms: single-entry and multiple-entry, but due to the generally stricter requirements for Iranian applicants to obtain an Australian visa, usually, this visa is issued minimally with validity and as a single entry for the individual. However, if you have a good travel history and have obtained an Australian tourist visa several times and traveled to this country, there is a possibility that the Australian visa will be issued to you with a validity of 6 months or even a year and in a multi-entry format. - Prospective Marriage or Fiancé Visa:
This visa allows you to marry your prospective spouse and then apply for a partner visa. For those intending to marry an Australian citizen or a permanent resident, the prospective marriage visa is a suitable option. This visa is a two-stage visa. The first stage is applying for a temporary visa, and the second stage is applying for a permanent visa. This visa must be issued outside of Australia, and the applicant must be outside Australia at the time of visa application. The Prospective Marriage Visa (Subclass 300) is a temporary visa, valid for 9 months. After receiving the visa, the applicant has 9 months from entering Australia to marry. After marriage, the applicant can apply for a spouse visa.
