“Kashane Roshan Traditional Hotel” is a traditional hotel located in the city of Kashan. This hotel, formerly known as Kashane Roshan Traditional Hotel, was built during the Pahlavi era and has been serving as an accommodation for tourists visiting Kashan since 2019. The hotel consists of 9 accommodation units located in the basement and ground floor, including single to triple rooms and four-bed connect rooms. The rooms surround a courtyard with a central pool. To preserve the authenticity of the house, significant changes have not been made, and some rooms lack windows, beds, and bathrooms, and have stairs. Guests are generally satisfied with the reservation price, considering it suitable for the features and amenities provided. The hotel is conveniently located near Kashan’s bazaar and Jameh Mosque, allowing easy access by walking. Additionally, the hotel provides easy access to other historical houses in Kashan, including the Borujerdi House, Tabatabaei House, and some others.

Acceptance of valid marriage certificates for non-native Iranian couples with a prominent seal and presentation of national ID cards (for both the lady and the gentleman) is possible.

Required documents for the acceptance of foreign guests include the original passport along with the visa and entry stamp to Iran with valid dates.
Changing the name for a booked reservation is not possible, and the room is only delivered to the person whose name the reservation is under. All guest details must be correctly entered during the reservation process.
The minimum age for booking a room individually is 18 years old.
All adults staying in one room must be married. Acceptance of Iranian and foreign nationalities in one room/suite/cabin/apartment/villa is subject to verification of marriage.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
According to the hotel's rules, in case of incomplete identification documents, failure to verify identity, or non-compliance with any of the mentioned rules, acceptance is not possible, and the payment made will not be refunded. In this regard, the hotel or this company is not responsible.

Acceptance of single ladies: In this hotel, acceptance of single ladies aged 18 and over and non-native individuals is possible upon presentation of valid identification documents, including a photo ID card and a smart national ID card. Staying for children under 2 years old is free if they do not use the services. The stay for children aged 2 to 8 years old is charged at half price if they do not use the services. The accommodation cost for children over 8 years old is fully charged.
