• Name changes for registered reservations are not possible, and rooms are only delivered to the person whose name the reservation is under. During reservation, the details of all guests must be accurately provided.
• The minimum age for individual room occupancy is 18 years old.
• All adults must stay in the same room. Acceptance of both Iranian and foreign nationalities in a room/suite/cabin/apartment/villa is subject to verification of kinship.
• Pets are not allowed.
• According to hotel regulations, in case of incomplete identification documents, failure to verify identity, or non-compliance with any of the mentioned rules, acceptance is not possible, and the payment made will not be refunded.

Acceptance of Single Women:

• In this hotel, single women over 18 years old and non-native are accepted upon presenting valid identification documents, including a photo ID card and a smart national ID card. The hotel does not accommodate single native women.

• Accommodation for children under 3 years old is free if not using extra services. Accommodation for children aged 3 to 6 years old will be charged at half the rate if not using extra services. The accommodation fee for children over 6 years old will be fully charged.
